Blog objective
This blog has three main objectives, 

No.1 Spread Awareness: I’m sharing the content to inform people about what are the things that indicate good health and signs of bad health condition, what habits are essential for keeping fitness, nutrition for physical and mental strength and many more.    

No.2 Provide Guidance:
Posts on the blog provide guidance, ways to check fitness level where an individual stands, how to do body formation, lose or gain weight, how to keep habits for keeping fitness and so on.  

No.3 Increase Motivation.
Boost motivation by effective talk and telling influential stories about celebrities all around the globe, athletes and others who never give up and stay focused to their goals. 

The message of the blog posts can be taken as many other ways like self promotion, product promotion, publicity or supporting vulgarity. But I assure my readers that it is for help and hospitality. Moreover this is much more positivity provoking material than that. And a lot more is coming so keep in touch.

Blog reflection
In my point of view healthy life not only asks for strength it demands happiness and stability. Therefore one should be happy to live a good life. (Reference) I personally think happiness is inner satisfaction and it comes to you when you are being loyal and loving to yourself.
Dedication is the key to healthy and fit life that keeps you active and going.
  
Healthy living takes a firm commitment that says stick to your intended routine, do physical training everyday and eat healthy food.
